Overview
The 8th Annual Entrepreneur of the Year Award Gala Dinner was held in conjunction with the Tech Growth Summit on 24 September in Berlin.
The prestigious award was presented to the European technology entrepreneur whose private company has had the biggest impact, on the largest number of people, in the least amount of time.
The 2013 Selection Committee was led by George Coelho, Good Energies AG, and includes: Alex Brabers, GIMV; Ophelia Brown, Index Ventures; Aris Constantinides, NBGI Ventures; Julie Curran, SEP; Thorsten Jelinek, WEF; Sven Lingjaerde, Endeavour Vision; John Rosenberg, Technology Crossover Ventures; Joerg Sievert, SAP Ventures; Lars Singbartl, Warburg Pincus and Tyler Sosin, Accel Partners.
