ENTENTE-Life Sciences Investment Forum


The ENTENTE-Life Sciences Investment Forum will take place in Brussels on October 9, 2014.

The event will unite 28 European early stage innovative companies active in the health sector and seeking investment opportunities and international exposure. The selected companies will pitch their innovation, developments and needs in front of an international jury consisting of about 40 business angels, venture capitalists, corporate investors and other industry experts

After the opening round table, where partnering opportunities will be discussed with experts, presenting companies will be invited to pitch their project in sub-sector thematic sessions: 8 minutes followed by 7 minutes questions & answers by an investors’ panel.

Selection Process
All applicant companies will be screened online by the Selection Committee after the registration deadline according to their business potential, team experience, product/technology merit, competitive position, investment or partnering interest, project profile quality. Based on the result of the selection round the 28 selected presenters will be invited to pitch at the event and announced on the event website.

The European Venture Summit

The top 25% scoring companies of the ENTENTE-Life Sciences Investment Forum will get the opportunity to take part in the European Venture Contest and the European Venture Summit, the final event of the European Venture Contest, taking place on December 9th& 10th in Dusseldorf, Germany.
The European Venture Contest finds, evaluates and awards the most promising entrepreneurs in the high  technology  sector in Europe by  providing  access  to  top-level  international  partners,  advisors  and  financiers. The Contest reaches this year its 9th edition, and in the past years gathered over 800
companies and 600 venture capitalist and  corporate investors from all over Europe. The top 100 companies  awarded  at the  qualifier  events  will  present  in  December  at the  European  Venture Summit in front of an audience of 150 top European investors.
