The Tech Tour Growth Awards are about identifying and showcasing those European companies that are on a high growth trajectory to achieve long term independent dominance of a new market. Years after being recognized by the tour, many of the award recipients now constitute the backbone of what is fast becoming a strong ecosystems of independent Tech centric European enterprises.” -  Eric Archambeau, Co-President of the Tech Tour 2017 Growth Forum.

The Tech Tour 2017 Growth Award winner, Devialet, founded in 2007, is one of the world’s most critically acclaimed growth companies for its innovations in sound technologies. Co-Founder Quentin Sannié had this to say: “We are very proud to receive the Tech Tour Growth Award. On behalf of the whole team at Devialet, thank you so much for this amazing honour. We have been working very hard to achieve what we are today. Thank you to encourage us, the journey is not finished and we have so many exciting challenges to face.”

The Tech Tour 2017 Innovation Award winner, Algomi, founded in 2012, has developed technology to empower fixed income professionals and maximises the relationships between salespeople, traders and investors. Michael Schmidt, CEO of Algomi had this to say about their achievement: “This award means a lot to us as a company. We take it as a confirmation of our ongoing passionate engagement in digitalising the Fixed Income markets. There are lots of great companies and ideas out there.  Getting recognised from this committee with the Innovation Award is obviously a stellar moment to us, motivating us big time to move on. To implement behavioural changes in an industry which got the same kind of workflows mostly unchanged over 25 years can be a huge challenge some times. We trust in the word of Google’s Eric Schmidt (no family relation), who said, “Everything that can be digitalised, will be digitized”.”

The Tech Tour 2017 Special Jury Prize winner, Webhelp, founded in 2000, began as a “webwizard” service where specially trained advisors provided online support to novice internet users. 16 years later Webhelp has become one of the leading global BPOs. Olivier Duha, Co-Founder of Webhelp, had this to say: "Let me dedicate this special award to all the women and men who made the dream possible. Webhelp is a great place to work and what makes the difference between the best and the rest is leaders’ ability to manage human capital."

The Tech Tour Growth Forum and Awards are proudly supported by Pictet, Orrick, H. Moser & Cie, State of Vaud, Bryan Garnier, NASDAQ, Euronext and IMD.
